Better Sleeping Tips.
As someone who has been researching way for better sleeping methods - I gradually found what causes us to loose natural sleep. It took me almost 3 years of study and practice to understand how our endocrine and nervous system works. I am grateful for the knowledge I have gained over the past few years, and I would like to share it with you. Living in London I have discovered that 80% of Londoner’s are over stressed. What does this mean to our bodies. Basically people are living in survival mode. When we exist in survival mode we shut down our immune system and cannot absorb nutrients. In this state we are constantly at a point of adrenaline fatigue. First thing in morning people unfortunately drink coffee which disbalances the hormones, is highly toxic and plus dehydrates the body. We say to ourselves, I can’t drink 1l of water first thing in morning, because I need to pee constantly. For example: if people are at work they need to be doing their job and not running around for the the toilet. So people dehydrate. Again putting their body under stress. Then at home we stay up late watching movies or eating late dinners - all this disbalances our body
Why is it important to have 7-8 hrs sleep per night? Our body has the biggest natural pharmacy available. During the hours of sleep our body restores our biological clock and at the same time releases powerful antioxidants that are ant-aging, anti cancer, anti-bacterial, antiviral etc. All of which happens during 4 -5 am in morning, a time when our bodies are a work realising powerful hormones like melatonin and pinoline.
TRYPTOPHAN Tryptophan is at the root of this transformational process. It is an essential amino acid available only from food (pumpkins, walnuts and oats are among the best vegan sources). Tryptophan assists with nitrogen balance and creates niacin, which is essential in creating the neurotransmitter serotonin, the hormone melatonin and spirit molecule Dimethyltryptamine (DMT). Danielle Haak says in “Tryptophan: Structure, Sources and Side Effects” that, “When the body doesn’t get enough tryptophan, it can’t make serotonin, which leads to increased feelings of depression.”
SEROTONIN Serotonin is a neurotransmitter known as the body’s “feel good” hormone formed by the amino acid called tryptophan. It assists with many bodily functions including; appetite control, mood, endocrinal secretion regulation, learning and memory.
MELATONIN Melatonin is a hormone produced primarily by the pineal gland. It assists with the regulation of sleep-wake cycles, is a potent antioxidant and positively interacts with the immune system.
PINOLINE Pinoline is an extremely powerful, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and anti-cancer antioxidant. Pinoline is formally known as “6-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline”, usually abbreviated as “6-MeO-THBC” or “pinoline”, taken from the words “pineal beta-carboline”. It is a methoxylated (modified by the addition of one or more methoxy groups) Tryptoline produced in the pineal gland during the metabolism of melatonin. The most amazing thing about pinoline is its ability to promote cell health and production in the nervous system (neurogenesis). 2 So when we do not get the correct amount of sleep we loose all our powerful antioxidants and we start aging and even start having issues with our health.

I recommend to do this for 21 days or even 10 days. To break those destructive habits you need to change your habits. And eventually you’ll start feeling better and continue to do so. Remember, the only place you need to live is your body, love yourself more and take care everyday.
