Wild Blueberry Pancakes

3 cups of whole grain oats gluten free blended
4 very ripped bananas smashed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda ( aluminium free)
11/2 almond drink or water
150 - 300g wild blueberries for toppings or any other type of berries available
1 banana for toppings
1- 2 teaspoon raw honey or Marple syrup or coconut syrup or agave syrup or date syrup.

Using a blender add oats to make the flour. Into a bowl add all dried ingredients and mix well. Separate plate smashed bananas well.
Mix dried and wet ingredients well to the batter, leave to rise for 10- 30 min rise.
Once the pan is hot, pour 2 tablespoon the batter into the pan until desired pancakes size is reached.
Serve with wild blueberries or any available berries with your favourite condiments. Serves 4. Enjoy
